Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

VoidBat Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) offers subscription-based access to premium Chrome extension features. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding refunds and cancellations for all paid plans.

2. Free Plan

Our Free plan is available at no cost and requires no payment information. There is nothing to refund or cancel — you may simply stop using the service at any time.

3. Paid Subscriptions (Pro & Business)

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. The following terms apply:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund, no questions asked.
  • After 14 days: Refunds are not automatically issued for charges beyond the initial 14-day window. However, we evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis — please reach out and we will do our best to help.
  • Renewal charges: If you forget to cancel before your renewal date and have not used the service during that billing period, contact us within 72 hours of the charge and we will issue a full refund.
  • Partial periods: We do not prorate or issue partial refunds for unused days within an active billing period unless required by applicable law.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty:

  1. Sign in to your VoidBat account at voidbat.com.
  2. Navigate to Account → Billing.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Upon cancellation your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Your account will then automatically downgrade to the Free plan and you will retain access to all free features indefinitely.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • The email address associated with your VoidBat account.
  • The date of the charge you are disputing.
  • A brief reason for the request (optional but helpful).

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Exceptions & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can result in the immediate suspension of your account. We are always willing to work with you directly to resolve any billing concerns quickly and fairly.

7. Annual Plans

If annual billing is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect applicable terms. Annual subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of their plan if they cancel within 30 days of the billing date.

8. Consumer Rights (UK & EEA)

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may have additional statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or applicable EU consumer protection law, including a 14-day statutory cooling-off period for digital services. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.
